How our service works
Bristol Bed Bug Treatment is a small, independent introduction service for the Bristol City Council area. We do not treat bed bugs ourselves. We find the right local bed bug specialist for your home and introduce you, once you have agreed.
From your request to the visit
You send a request
Your postcode, the property, what you have found and how to reach you. At this point only we hold those details.
We choose a specialist
One firm that already works in your part of Bristol and with your type of building, whether that is a Cotham conversion, a Knowle semi or a hotel on the docks.
We tell you who it is
We ring or email you and name the firm. Say yes and we pass the job on. Say no and it ends there, with nothing shared.
They inspect and price it
The specialist visits, confirms what is there and gives you a fixed price and a plan. Booking and payment are between you and them.
How we are paid
The firm we introduce pays us a fee for the introduction. You pay us nothing, whether or not you book. We have no link with any pest control company that has a similar name.
Where the prices and advice come from
The price ranges are built from published UK price lists we reviewed, dated where they appear, and adjusted for Bristol. The treatment facts follow the British Pest Control Association and published research; the advice on signs and bites follows the NHS; the housing and licensing points come from Bristol City Council and GOV.UK. None of it is medical or legal advice. For a bite or rash that worries you, ask a pharmacist or GP.
Your details
We only use what you send to arrange the introduction. Our privacy notice explains how long we keep it and how to have it deleted, and gives our contact email.
